It measures CCC and the dollar impact of each day on each lever.
Use it to see which WC lever frees the most cash before you set collection or inventory targets.

Component dials
How this is calculated
- DSO = AR ÷ Revenue × period days
- DIO = Inventory ÷ COGS × period days (0 in Services mode)
- DPO = AP ÷ COGS × period days
- CCC = DIO + DSO − DPO (Services: DSO − DPO)
- $ / day DSO ≈ Revenue ÷ period days
- $ / day DIO / DPO ≈ COGS ÷ period days
- Dial — change days (−30…+30); cash impact: DSO/DIO ↓ frees cash (−days × $/day); DPO ↑ frees cash (+days × $/day). Switch to $ mode to set a signed cash move.
